| - Attention!!!! Do not go to lash tech /receptionist, Alice"!! Do not come here at all to get your lashes done!! I repeat, DO NOT get your lashes done here. You will get an infection cause of unsanitary implements, and not experienced lash techs !! Also ** their lashes that they use ARE NOT even good quality !!! I never write a review on yelp but this one is a must! If I could, I would rate this place negative zero. This place is a scam. First and foremost , this place have no customer service skills whatsoever.. This was my first experience at this lash lounge and my last !!! This lash lounge was my last resort. I usually go to "Sassy Lounge" (they're the best lash in town!!! Check them out!!!) but unfortunately they were fully booked. I decided to check out Gorgeous lash lounge because they're advertising on the FM radio stations.. hmm.. I wonder why they need advertisement cause they suck ... .. Worse decision of my life. My lash tech name was, Alice. ( she is not licensed, her licensed was not in plain view like it should.) She was very rude and not accommodating at all. When I sat down on the recliner, she asked me if I ever gotten my lashes done. I said" yes for over two years now and I usually go to Sassy Lash , but my girl is out of town. She's really good cause I never had a problem with my lashes and it stays on great for exactly 3 weeks plus". Alice then started having a little attitude after I replied. I asked her how long how she did lashes for and She said a little over 1 year. Anyways thru out the whole experience with her, I knew that she was not experienced at lashes cause she poked me in my eyes with her implement, glue got into my eyes, she took over 2 hours to do a classic set and let me tell you how uncomfortable and the most painful experience ever !!!! I never experience pain or discomfort getting my lashes done ..ever!!!! When she checked me out, I pointed out that my eyes were red and irritated. . I wasted $100 dollars on classic set that started to fall off the same day, and the receptionist said that's normal. No the hell it is not normal!!! Ive been getting me lashes done for over 2 years and never once had this problem !!! && to top it off , I tipped that girl , Alice $20 and yet she still didn't accommodate like she should as a lash tech... ( don't be dumb like me and pay cash.. DO NOT pay cash in case you have to dispute their services )She said to buy lubricant eye drops and if the problem continues to occur by tomorrow then give her a call. By 5pm that same day, I called back and and Caitlyn the reception answered and I told her my problem and she was so confused and lost that she couldn't give me a straight forward answered on what I should do. I told her that I talked to Alice and she knew that my eyes were very irritated and to give a call if the problem continues. She said Alice was gonna call me the next morning to schedule me to come in and take a look. Next day, my eyes were still irritated and gotten even worse. I waited patiently for her to call me and up into 1 pm I couldn't wait any longer cause my eyes looked like pink eyes and I had to leave work due to my "affected eye". I called and one of their receptionist told me that Alice was busy and that she couldn't talk to me. I told her that she was suppose to call me back and never did. The receptionist said for me to call back when the owner is back from the meeting after 3. I did and he was still in a meeting. I called back at345 and then Caitlin the receptionist answered and said he was busy with a client. She said for me to give my number to her so the owner, Dan , can call me back once he is done. So 5 o'clock rolls around and I called back and he's not there. Caitlyn then gives me Alice number and mention to call Alice after 6( I am chasing them ) I call Alice and told her my concerns. She said someone would remove them for me. I asked her " well are you guys gonna give a complimentary service cause I just got these done Yesterday. She then said " well you signed a consent form and no we don't do refunds.. I told her i don't want a refund , I want my lashes done right. .. she said no she's not gonna do it.. this place is horrible!!! Spend your money somewhere else where you get what you pay for, and most importantly customer service and someone who will appreciate your business. This place is a typical "Asian " Fast to take your money and make you sign up for their membership , a place where all they want to do is take your money and then don't give two shit about their customers afterward.
