  • I purchased a sectional from Pruitt's a year and a half ago. This was one of the more expensive ones on the floor. About 7 months after using it (just my son and I), the tufts came out. Pruitt's sent someone to my house to repair it. 6 months later, the tufts are again out of almost all of the cushions. I just called to have it repaired again and now they want to charge me, with no guarantee that the tufts won't pop out again in 6 months, and every 6 months forever.
