| - So this review is based solely on my experience with their website and delivery. I placed a website order on November 10 and upon checkout was offered same day delivery. I selected this delivery type and accepted the 6 pm- 12 am window. Around 6 pm, I re-read the confirmation email and found that it said "orders placed after 4 pm will not be available for same day delivery". I wanted to verify so I immediately called customer service. The gal on the phone let me know that I was indeed scheduled for same day delivery and that they could show up anytime in that window. I asked if deliveries were ever really made at midnight and she said that they absolutely could be. So, knowing that if I missed my delivery I would have to pay a 10% restocking fee, I waited. And waited. And waited. Midnight, no show and no customer service number to call. So, today I wait until 9 am to reach customer service only to learn that my option of "same day delivery" was actually a glitch, shouldn't have been an option, and the gal I spoke with yesterday was wrong. Awesome. So, I am told that another delivery date can be arranged. Great. I understand it's just a TV stand however, we removed the old one and the TV is sitting on the floor waiting, like me. The customer service rep let me know that I could be placed on the list for delivery today, and as a courtesy she'll waive the additional weekend delivery fee (oh gee, thanks), but I have to wait for the 6 pm- 12 am time frame. Again. This is a joke. So, I'll be sitting on the couch, again, waiting so I don't miss my delivery. There has to be some level of accountability, other than an "I'm sorry". I am so disappointed.
