  • First, let it be known that I did not end up purchasing a mattress here and this review is strictly based off of their customer service. With that said, I came in here last week just looking to check out prices on queen sets. See, I've got back problems & an upcoming surgery next week to fix a herniated disc. If I want to prevent more problems, I figured I'd need to start in the bedroom. Ha. Alright, so the boyfriend and I stopped in and were greeted by a man at a desk. We hadn't gotten to one bed to try out before he made his way over and introduced himself. I believe he said his name was Mark, but my boyfriend (also named Mark) said the guy said, "Maurice." In any event, he asked what we were looking for, what our price range was, the usual stuff you know.. He kept talking to us for a bit and then let us be to try out anything in the store. Eventually, he came over again (we were the only customers in the entire place) and was helping us try to find a mattress. He offered us a deal on a queen mattress for $499, but I don't remember what all he said that included. We wound up leaving since we had plans of shopping around a little before making any decisions, but he wrote down the number on the one he offered a deal on and told us to come back in the following days. We eventually bought a mattress at R&S Mattress Liquidators who actually told us that Bedmart is their biggest competition. Well, next time.. we'll probably come here. Just based on their service, we know what we're going to get.
