  • Spent the $75 for the carpet cleaning at my apartment complex Alanza Place as recommended from the complex staff and advised Arizona Carpet Cleaning that I had pets and needed a deep clean for the carpets since there had been some pet accidents in the past. (2 year residency) The lady on the phone said that was fine and she would note in for the work order. After they cleaned the carpets I went back to the apartment and the carpets were not spot treated and they actually noted on the receipt that it needed pet spot treatment? Wait.. What? That's what I already told you that I needed. Needless to say when I did the walk through with my apartment manager she agreed the carpets did not appear to have been cleaned that well. Luckily she worked with me since I had already paid for this poor service.
