I had asked in the email if the 20-40 units of botox would be honored. They said YES it would and I could choose which one is best when I had my appointment. I booked in that email for 1pm. I get there at 12:45 and they tell me the appointment isn't until 2pm. They also said after they marked my face that they can no longer honor the groupon price because it's sold out. Groupon takes a large amount of the purchased price which is why vendors appreciate when you call directly rather than pay the groupon. The administrator of the botox is a PA, not a MD by the way. She was very snooty and rude. I was not going to take my chances with someone who is not a MD. My insurance covers botox for my migraines but it takes from my yearly kitty so I still try to find good rates. I will not be coming back. I've been getting botox for 5yrs religiously but my doctor is no longer at the spa I have always gone to. Never had I ever had a company not honor a price when you go above and beyond to give them MORE $ in their pockets and a potential long term client. "A bird in the hand" must not resonate with them so they lost out on $209+ just like that because I also had $20 in brilliant distinction points I was going to add on top of the $209 for additional units. I will find a more upstanding company elsewhere.
