  • Gone here for years for Halloween, etc. Recent experience was for multi trips to gather supplies for a large grad party. Employees had poor knowledge of the inventory. There was a long wait at the front every time including when I did my returns. Renee was the only employee manning the counter 3 out of the 4 times and it felt like she was the only one getting it done - friendly and attentive. When someone was called up to help he was actually more disruptive than helpful to the process of getting people out the door. Party City: your inventory is huge but you really need to get it together when it comes to your customer service.
