  • David has been to our house twice, once for our dryer and once for our washer. Both times we were more than pleased with his service, professionalism, and honesty. Dryer needed a new heating element and he was kind enough to show me the old one as soon as he pulled it out to show me where it broke, he fixed it at an extremely reasonable price. Total price with parts was barely over another shops "diagnostic fee" and less than half of their quote and the other shop didn't even take the thing apart. When our washer started giving me the error code for not draining properly I knew that I could probably go in and clean out the blockages myself but was worried if something was actually wrong with the pump. Because David is so reasonable I did not even have to sweat it and just called him and he was over that afternoon. He cleared the washer out and we were good to go. Will never call anyone else to service our appliances!
