I gave Andy a call to line up service in case I wasn't able to do it myself. He gave me some very helpful pointers to see if I could do it myself and I was successful. He sent me a video and offered to chat with me on the phone if I ran into any snags. I didn't need any more help but sure gave me a lot of trust in Andy. The next time I need something fixed I can't do myself I'll be giving him a call.
