  • No todo el mundo tiene la delicadeza y el compromiso de ser manager. Soy cliente de AVIS y me intenté comunicar con ellos seguido detecte el error cometido. Cuando llame para recibir ayuda con la manager "Mary Lantomasi", me presentó una actitud inmediata y de manera negativa que no quería ayudar. Solo me dijo que yo firmé un contrato y que ya estaba todo hecho en pocas palabras. Si estas en la industria de servicio, por lo menos brinda servicio. No actitud y tratar mal a lo clientes porque por ellos tienes TRABAJO. Da pena que una compañía tan grande no tenga buenos managers. Fue un error haber rentado un carro con ustedes.
