  • This place is my home. I'm from California and I'm extremely picky when it comes to rental properties. I at first was a bit nervous when I came upon these apartments from some negative reviews. I thought to myself, well everyplace has those unhappy people who write reviews! Rarely are positive reviews written. And it was completely true. I love this community. Everyone is so friendly including the staff. Adam, the manager has always been so attentive and takes care of any concerns! The maintenance guys are awesome and the front office staff go out of their way to ensure you are happy! And Adam is such a pleasure to speak with and when my father came to visit me from California, he was extremely impressed. Ive read the couple bad reviews and it's almost humorous. Some complain of noise. You will have noise no matter what if you are in the lower apartments. Do you expect people to tip toe? My husband and I got a top-floor apartment for this reason. So if you can't stand noise, speak to the front office ahead of time so they can find the place for you! And I saw a review from someone upset that there are no "pool parties allowed." My husband and I are in our early twenties. We love to have fun! But we are also happy we can enjoy our own pool amenities without a bunch of people from parties. If you rent here, you just want to be able to relax. You are still able to have a few guests over, just not parties. And the majority of us are very pleased to be able to enjoy their own pool. Don't blame the office because you can't have 10 plus people running around when residents are trying to relax. And I've never had any issue parking. I always see spots day and night. I love it here and just signed another lease for my second year. My friends and family love it here and the fact that when they visit, they can pay for a room here so they are just a walk away. And the rooms that are given for your guests to stay in are gorgeous. You pay a reasonable price and have an entire apartment to yourself. If you have any concerns for any reason just come take a look or speak to any residents around and you won't be disappointed! Thank you Parcland Crossing!
