  • My car broke down out of the blue while my husband and two young children were driving on the I15 home. They had it towed to this Meineke as it was the closest auto shop to them on tropicana. My husband called the next morning and spoke with Troy. First, I can't praise Troy enough... He knew we were in a bind as we just moved from Illinois and he offered to look at the car for free! Amazing. When I took the key up, the shop was clean, and Robert (I think was his name) greeted me. They looked at the car and about an hour later I checked back in. Troy gave me estimates and they were honest. I didn't feel slighted or taken advantage of (usually happens with me being female) and they let me have time to come up with money to fix. They helped me finance the charges and had the car fixed in 3.5-4 hours. On top of that I had them do my brakes and spark plugs. No issues! It's slightly over priced but I will not complain because the service is outstanding. I will be bringing my business back to this Meineke. Thank you Troy!
