I really want to have some compassion for these folks bc they're probably overstaffed and underpaid, but when they can't do the most basic parts of their job and it impacts your life, it's hard to feel bad for them. The illiterates at this branch spelled my name wrong on my license. Their signature capture machine made my signature come out all funky and when I told the counter guy he said it turned out fine. Between those two mistakes my life has become a living hell. I can't cash checks, I can't open a bank account, and other crap. It's the only photo ID I have and since the name spellings don't match my other documents no one will accept it as valid ID. This is pretty much what happens when your state doesn't value education. So glad to be out of there.
