rev:text	I'm literally writing this review as I wait for the towing truck that was estimated to arrive 60 min ago. Look I get it, things happen and people tend to get delayed but if it wasn't for their crappy service I wouldn't mind waiting in this 111 degree weather. My dad's car over heated and our insurance dispatched this company, they told him it was going to be 2 hours until someone picks up the car, so I ended up calling the office and asked if it was possible to call me 30 min in advance prior to the towing so I wouldn't have to stay in the car without AC. I gave them my cell phone number and that was that, 2 hours pass by and still no call so I decided to call them again. The first time I called someone had hung up on me and the second time I called someone finally told me the driver was gonna be less than 20 min away, she was so rushed to get me off the phone I didn't even have a chance to confirm if the driver had my cell number considering no one ever called me saying they were on their way when I had requested precisely that they do so. After all that I still had to wait another hour for the tow truck to finally come, I was on the phone with their office asking them if they can give me the driver's number since I literally saw him across the parking lot looking for my dad's car and no one was calling me to find out the exactly location. Honestly the driver was great, their workers inside the office definitely needs some lessons in customer service for sure.
