  • EXTREMELY disappointed with this company. I ordered a couch and I was going through a renovation so I did not take it out of its original packaging. When I opened it, about a month after delivery, it was the wrong colour and NOT as advertised. Now they will not take it back because it is past a "seven day" policy so I am stuck with a couch that is their mistake and false advertisting. Customer service was completely unhelpful and I will make sure that no one that I know is buying any furniture from structube just out of principal. Disgraceful and not worth the cheap prices. Go to West Elm or Restoration Hardware people! You'll have a great experience and end up with furniture you actually like.
