  • Long story short... Took a perfectly running vehicle to them to try their "oil change" I get my car back pull in the driveway and go to leave 30 minutes later, guess what I saw???? Yup oil leaking all over my perfectly clean driveway. I have always had my honda Pilot serviced at Honda and decided to give a local business a try, WHAT A MISTAKE!!! took it back to them immediately and was told my car which just had a major service was " severly damaged" and needed a new engine. Had 3 different diagnoses from them and ended up taking it to honda.. Long story short wrong oil filter parts on my vehicle and not installed properly from Sands. If you value your car stay away!!! Especially the managers they are the biggest crooks of them all!!!'
