  • I was in the area and came here on a Sunday afternoon to get some studying donee. Black Cat is nice and cozy inside. There was plenty of seating available, and it wasn't too loud like many coffee shops, so I was able to be fairly productive. Also, the WiFi was fast and reliable, so I didn't have to wait an eternity to get things done. The service was great. The barista was very friendly and gave plenty of recommendations for good iced tea flavors. I ended up going with the Pomegranate green tea, which had a nice sweetness to it, but was balanced well by the tartness from the pomegranate flavor. Especially on a hot Phoenix day, it was a very refreshing iced tea! If you're in the area, I definitely recommend coming here to get some work done, relax for a bit, grab an iced tea or coffee, etc.
