My boyfriend and I came in just to browse around and look for things for our new house. Within 2 minutes of arriving we had two men following us everywhere. We walked into the women's shoe section and as I'm looking at shoes this man is walking so uncomfortably close behind us and says "oh sorry guys" when we turn around and stare at him. It's obvious he's with security. Instead of saying anything about what he apparently thought we were doing wrong, he pretended to want to start a conversation about my boyfriends hat. We attempted to walk away multiple times, obviously annoyed. I walked out of the isle and the other man is standing there staring at me. They continued to follow us. We took our basket up and cashed out. As soon as we left, I called and asked to speak to a manager. She acted as if she had no idea who these men are. And continued asking me the same questions over and over again, obviously not caring. We did nothing wrong and couldn't turn around without these creepy men breathing down our necks. Definitely won't be back. I've never had such an awkward and uncomfortable experience before. They should probably teach their security how to do their job and not to be completely obvious in stalking customers.
