  • I would NOT recommend this store to anyone. In fact, I go out-of-my-way to encourage people to shop elsewhere. We purchased the following: Couch & Love Seat Coffee table & 2 end tables Dining table & 5 chairs King Bedroom set: 2 night tables & dresser King Mattress Washer & Dryer Large Area Rug Ordered mostly Boxing Day 2016 and the first week of Jan. We were informed that the couch and love seat would take a few weeks as it is custom made, understandable. However; we were NOT informed that the rest of the furniture would also take 6-8 weeks for delivery. We are still DON'T have our bed frame 18 weeks later. When I would call to inquire about a delivery date, it would change every time. The communication is terrible. What's wrong about all of this, they took our payment for everything December and first week of Jan. So, I've paid a lot of money for furniture I don't get to use for weeks, I mean weeks/months!!! We have spoken to a manager a couple of times hoping they would make this right, offer a credit or something, nothing. La-Z Boy offered us a free coffee table for out $6500 sectional that was two weeks past delivery date, again custom made, but at least they offered us something. AVOID this store!!!
