  • Long story short... RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN from cameo pools!!!!!!!! We hired them to Fix our cracked pool, resurface it, and tear-out and install a new deck. They did fix the leaking cracks, but the rest of the job was done very poorly! Now the slightly less short story: Our deck is now 3 years old; it looks like it is at least 15 years old. There are cracks all over, it has separated from the lip of the pool, and the color is crackling and chipping off. The "island blue" pebble surface looked good for about 3 months before it started to fade horribly in some spots. They said that was normal... Hmmm, I don't think so... It was also unevenly applied. There are several very noticeable surface imperfections. So in summation: DO NOT USE Cameo Pools!!!!!!!!. You may not have issues with them, but if you do... THEY WILL NOT FIX IT!!! They sub out everything, and they don't follow up to make sure ANY part of the job is done right. Once you call to have them fix a screw up, they get defensive and do not care to fix it. Use anyone else!!
