  • Horrible customer service!!! Took over an hour to get my car. They knew my 1 year old was outside waiting with family in the car and showed no sympathy or apologies, but just continued to make the process an unnecessary hassle. My confirmation showed unlimited mileage but it took him 15+ minutes to agree to this after saying it would be 150 miles/day only - even after being shown the confirmation which states otherwise!! Eddy just said "that's how it's going to be" until I asked to speak with the supervisor, then suddenly they were doing me a favor to give what I paid for and was promised. Sabrina the supervisor came out at the end to help adjust my price to what it was promised to be, also shown on confirmation email, and was rude, unprofessional and again acted like she was doing me a favor to give the price I was already promised. Worst car rental experience ever. Will never book ace again!!
