  • Cute place and kid friendly. I've gone about 3-4 times. The first few were always the same person but I cant remember her name, she always does a decent job. Except when I asked for the shaved line part (or whatever it's called) and it was in the wrong place on my son's head. It wasn't really noticeable and still looked cute so I didn't complain. My visit yesterday though with a different girl (didn't catch her name) was horrible. I clearly told her I wanted the back/sides pretty short so it would last a little longer and leave the top longer and with a side part. She didn't even cut his sideburns AT ALL and the rest was really patchy and uneven. I had to have her put the cape back on and ask her to cut it shorter and to actually cut the sideburns. I can only ask her to fix so much, it clearly wasn't making it any better. My son is 2 and doesn't like haircuts but I was helping to keep him still and it's a place that is meant FOR kids. I got home and my husband said he looked like a stray dog and we had to try to make it look decent on our own. I can't believe how horrible that "cut" was. Never going back now.
