Bad experience with the service department. The service manager told me he would order a part for my car and call me when it arrived. Well, I ended up waiting six weeks for a call that didn't come. (I had called the service manager several times for a status report, but never received a call back). Eventually, I spoke to another employee in the service department, who said the service manager hadn't called me because he was "swamped." I then finally heard from the service manager, who said he hadn't called because he had "lost" all my contact information. Even after that, he still never resolved my car issue. Hey, if you don't want to do the work, just say so instead of wasting six weeks. So I took my car to a different Infiniti dealership. They quickly resolved the problem (and told me nightmare stories about Airport Infiniti's service department). I had originally planned to buy a new Infiniti from Airport, but after my service experience, that wasn't going to happen.
