  • Don't use this eye center you are just a name and a number and it is all about the money!! I told them that I required verification of total cost of my procedure. They verified with my Insurance company and I paid the verified amount. The office manager even assured me of the cost, because she said they deal with a lot of insurance companies. Thirty days later I got a bill for a couple hundred dollars more which was not agreed upon. These people are not upfront with patients and they say they will call back and neither billing or office manager called back with explanation, not even a letter. I also waited 3 hours before my simple laser procedure was performed. Bottom line they don't care.
