  • As an avid Aveda customer I was excited to hear that an Aveda Experience store has recently opened in the San Tan Mall. My advice for Gilbert residents is to drive the extra miles and go to the Chandler Mall. The staff in this store are extremely rude, they know nothing about the Aveda point system. are not hooked up to the larger Aveda system, don't know anything about Aveda products, and cannot even run the cash register or make change. Shame on you. Perhaps you all should be trained before opening a store.
