  • I needed a lock smith again today so called this company back. After last time where I was charged so much more this time my price was only $50. Except it took the guy an hour and a half to get there after he told me 20 or 25 minutes. He called me about 25 minutes later to say it would be 15 more minutes. 30 minutes later I called him he said he was just about there. 30 minutes after that and no longer answering his phone I was calling another locksmith when he showed up. This. company has terrible customer service. They are not consistent with their price or with their ETA.
