  • Is this a joke? Fell asleep during a movie (hey, it was a bad movie, it was 12am and I just had a delicious hearty meal from the Oak Barrel) and had an item stolen, or rather thrown out, out of my cup holder. Was told that the staff "hasn't got the time" and unless it was a phone everything else would be thrown away and was cussed at by some joke of a supervisor named Andre. He then told me he didn't blame me for not wanting to be at the theater, because he didn't either and hated it. To be fair, I called him an idiot, but this was after the point that he decided to drop F bombs on me and sorry not sorry, any person who is a supervisor who treats a customer that way is an idiot. After a bit I decided to start recording this conversation, because my god how ridiculous. Will be calling management tomorrow.
