Not impressed at all. I recently had my Samsung s7 replaced for a cracked screen... So I know for sure that my screen was in mint condition prior to getting my ghost armor "installed". As soon as I went to pick up my phone the woman working asked for me to pay for the product. I found this odd considering I hadn't seen my phone done yet. Once she wiped down the screen and handed It back to me I noticed a crack in the top left hand corner. I waited around for a long time while this employee tried to get a hold of management through texting. With no response this employee stated the fact that they have nest cameras and that they would take a look at the footage and call me. You and I both know that won't happen and if it was possible she could have shown me the footage while I was there. I will never use these guys again. I really love ghost armor however this location is the absolute worst.
