I wish I really read the reviews and didn't just skim them. I got a groupon for the "non surgical face lift". As expected there was a lot of upselling. I didn't mind that much because the Groupon doesn't make them a lot of money obviously so they have to upsell to make any money, but honestly they're terrible salespeople. She sounded like a robot and it was easy to just drown out. Nothing she said was very convincing and if I tried to participate in the conversation she would just talk over me and it didn't seem like she really understood what I was saying and then awkwardly get back to her sales pitch. The "facelift" was not what I expected at all. I don't think it even qualifies as a non surgical facelift and I don't think it will actually do anything to my face because it was literally just a vibrator. She harshly pressed it against my skin and it was extremely uncomfortable. She had no idea what my psoriasis was which was wild because after I told her she went "oh I have that too!!!" Really? Cause you just asked me two seconds ago what it was?
Finally after the weird vibrator she massages my neck and shoulders with Argon oil. And then started to WORK HER WAY UP TO MY OILY ACNE PRONE SKIN WITH THE OIL!!!! Are you kidding me? I called her out on it and she seemed like she had no idea what she was doing and washed it off immediately. Im probably going to break out now. Thanks a lot!!!!! I regret buying a package of 3 treatments because I'm never going back and I probably won't be getting a refund since it's marked off as "redeemed"
If you don't have acne prone skin this place might not be so bad, but if you're like me and suffer with bad skin problems DO NOT GO HERE!
