rev:text	My 2 yr old daughter and I went with a group of moms and their childrens. We used a groupon and honestly even withe price of the groupon it still was not worth the money. My daughter seemed to love the rides but the place is really run down and just needs a major cleaning up. We ordered lunch....BIG MISTAKE. don't do it. The place seems to be run by kids who don't have a clue what they are doing. it took 20 minuted for them to make a tiny personal size pizza and when they brought it out it was burnt. I brought that to their attention and their response was..."well, just a little" I asked to to take it back. They apologized and offered to make another one, but by this time 30 minutes had gone by and the kids had filled up on snacks we dug up (no outside food is allowed). I asked them to please refund our money because the kids wouldn't eat the pizza now and they said ok. 2 minutes later another very young boy comes over and apologizes again and said he will personally make our pizza. We explained the situation and he understood since he had a small child as well. He then tells us he was the manager and there was't anything he could do about it. since the owner gives NO REFUNDS, under any circumstances. He doesn't believe in giving people their money back once he has taken it from them. Seriously...this place costs $15.99 for a day pass to go on the rides. The food is very overpriced , we got 4 small pieces of fried zucchini and a handful of burnt french fries for $7. Save your money. The manager in all honesty was extremely nice and understanding ad tried to o whatever he could but it seemed like his hands were tied. All the people working there were really nice and helpful but they definitely were understaffed. only 2-3 people working the 7 rides they had along with doing other jobs at the place. The bathrooms have peeling paint everywhere and it's virtually impossible to reach the toilet paper in the handicapped stall. No wonder they are running groupons constantly to try and get people in. Clean up your act ad people will come in naturally. this is an indoor amusement park for kids. It screams of profit because of the Arizona heat, but it won't last long the way it's going.
