  • I LOVE this gym. I can't work out conventionally so I'm stuck with the pool and Aqua classes. Once in a while I'll do the Mixxed Fit. It's always clean and the staff is super nice and helpful. I love Cardio Cinema too. The class instructors always mix it up and we get an amazing workout. Jerome, one of their trainers, is really nice and knowledgeable. He helped me overcome my concerns when I plateau'd. I recommend this gym (any location actually) to any one at any age. There's something for everyone. It's very affordable and if you're a Senior they offer the Silver Sneakers Program through your insurance.
