There is good and bad. The good is the fresh fruit, which is very fresh and amazingly good. They had some of the best blackberries I've ever tasted and I grew up picking my own from briar bushes on our land. The cake batter yogurt was pretty good (not exactly cake batter tasting, but good tasting).
The bad is the staff, while they were totally friendly, they don't seem well trained. They were cleaning machines (including vanilla) during the lunch hour and couldn't find the button for a $1.95 coffee so pushed a $2.50 latte instead. The overall price was pretty high, too. One regular cup filled 1/4 with some yogurt and the rest with berries was $6.47.
TIP: If you work nearby, tell them and get 10% off, plus get a frequent diner card for $5 when you spend $50 so another 10% if you visit very often.
