Rogers sucks in many ways, but I'm rating this retail location only.
My last three experiences have been great, dealing with internet and cable.
The staff are very professional, truly helpful (rather just trying to get you out ASAP) and friendly. Sometimes they have a line up but this is not their fault, the help that each customer needs is sometimes extensive and they will work with you until everything is resolved to their ability and your questions answered.
I have not any unreasonable conditions or problems from them regarding returning or exchanging equipment.
They have helped me deal with Rogers (main company on the phone) more effectively by coaching me on what to tell them.
