  • Unfortunately we had 2 upstairs bathrooms develop leaks in the main drain pipes. Insurance covered one but denied the other...go figure? Anyway, Matt from 1st Response was a wonderful help to us. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done every step of the way. The damage was pretty extensive and of course, disturbing. Matt made the situation tolerable with his helpful, sympathetic yet professional attitude. This company was constantly in communication with us ,was very responsive and showed up almost exactly when they said they would. I highly recommend 1st Response.
