rev:text	Had my eyes examined by one of their eye doctors. Had prescription filled at Walmart b/c Visionworks eyeglasses were extremely expensive, even at 1/2 price off sale. The staff at Walmart were excellent and caring. I had a problem with the original prescription and they said to go back to Visionworks to have my eyes re-examined b/c the script matched the eyeglasses. So I called Visionworks at 11am to schedule an appt for a re-exam. I was told over the phone that I didn't need an appt, but to just stop by. I even asked when they go to lunch so that I didn't come at the wrong time. I was there within 15 minutes. "Angelique" at the booking desk told me that the eye doctor was fully booked until 2pm. I asked "why the idiot on the phone gave me erroneous information when I specifically called to ask when would be a good time for me to come in?" Instead of apologizing for their two errors (wrong prescription and appt misinformation), Angelique said "you are very rude." I told her that if anyone is rude, she is. I had to go back home and come back two and a half hours later for the examination. Angelique obviously needs some education on customer service skills. She didn't believe that they could have made a mistake with my prescription. In addition to that, she is rather crabby and does not project a positive business image. She should be working in a back room some place where she doesn't have direct contact with customers. My first prescription was way too strong and they had made a mistake during the first exam. No apology at all from these people. BTW Walmart is remaking the lenses, didn't complain about it, and did it for free. The Walmart optician said he was glad to have me as a customer. Guess where I will be going for my next set of eye glasses? Certainly won't be Visionworks!
