i really donot know where to begin. i filed a complaint with corporate and they were extremely upset. drive thru in totality took 32 minutes...I finally get to the window i am told when i complain..... she was very ill and had many questions. I am a physician i had an emergency couldn't back out because there were 5 cars behind me. I asked why wasn't she directed to go inside? There response : not our policy. ( corporate said that is definitely not true)
The manager of the pharmacy was Kimberly and the other rep was Courtney. Courtney was very rude condescending and actually insinuated I was lying with the time I waited . She had the worst attitude and Kimberly should never ever ever be the manager ! Seriously ?? There are millions of people looking for a job these 2 donot deserve their jobs with their horrific attitudes. Courtney has the very worst disposition ever
maybe Mc Donald's would be a better fit. Second thought that is an insult to the great people employed by Mc Donald's drive/ thru ! They are never rude DAY or NIGHT . What a really great group of people.,
The pharmacy needs a complete do over. get rid of these two beauties ... THEY ARE THE WORST. TRUST ME.

I have decided to take their advice and switch to Walgreens across the road . I DONOT TRUST EITHER OF THESE PHARMACY TECHS WITH MY PRESCRIPTIONS.
