rev:text	If I could give less than 1/2 star I would! Our refrigerator took a dump so my husband decided to go get a new one at this outlet. Scratch and dent I could live with. We got it home because delivery wasn't going to be an option for us we needed it ASAP especially in Arizona! Got it home and the darn thing didn't work. Couldn't get warranty personnel to come out until next day. Again no biggie we could wait. Workman came out looked at refrigerator and said he couldn't believe what he was seeing! Someone had taken the circuit board out and replaced it with the wrong one!!! Also that he could try to get the right one but might take a couple tries oh and looked like they used it to use parts for other refrigerators!!! This was supposed to be a new one with dents and scratches!!! When husband spoke to manager he told him to come pick another one which he did this time it was going to be delivered to our house today (Saturday) to expect a call Friday night to tell us when it would be delivered. Never got a call so husband called spoke to the same manager who, couldn't find our ordered or delivery schedule, he offered us $50 off price for our inconvenience! He told husband he'd call today (Saturday) with delivery time guess what no call!!! So husband called he was told no delivery until Monday 6 days without a refrigerator, we have to suffer because of their incompetence!!! I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER THING FROM SEARS AGAIN!!! No wonder they are losing money and closing stores nationwide!!! OH and we went to HOME DEPOT got a better refrigerator that was on sale for $400 cheaper and we got a 5 year warranty!
