  • The hostess at Sugar Factory are very friendly and welcoming. The service is hit or miss usually miss. Today we sat for close to 25 minutes before we were offered water. Then it to 15 mins to get our water. I guess when you are sitting for so long you are more observative like how our server had 3 tables in close proximity and the table with 3 woman was served faster than a table with an older couple. The only thing that brings us back is the food not the service.
