  • First time at the Elliot GC. Went to get a quote on my guitar. I was helped immediately. Employees asked if I needed any help while I was waiting for them to look over the guitar and seemed eager to help or answer any questions while I waited. Didn't end up taking the quote I received but my experience in the store was anything but disappointing and I really appreciated the time and effort they took to help me.
