  • Just the worst. Geico uses them because they are the cheapest, they are the cheapest because they are the worst. They give incorrect ETA's on purpose to get the job that they can never keep. Whatever time they give you, double it and that will give you a more accurate time. I was given an ETA of a 90 min wait then at the 90 min mark they called and said it would be another 90 minutes, which outs me too late to get to the shop so now i have to wait until tomorrow and my car is down for one more day. Their service people are unfriendly and could not care less.
