  • Oh my goodness, this store has gone downhill. I hadn't come here in a while but figured I'd give it a shot because I need a coat for a trip to NY this winter. What a wreck! The store is a total mess. Nothing is in the right spot. I was getting anxious just browsing through the messy and disorganized racks. The lines are RIDICULOUS. Is that because we are coming up to the holidays or is it always like that? Seems like this store needs more seasonal help and should consider temporary employees for the holiday season. Just a shoutout to the older lady with grey hair and glasses. She was super helpful. Seems like she needs some help on the floor, though. I'll browse the store and order online from now on!
