  • This company provides THE worst customer service I have ever seen. I was forced to use through my home warranty company. My 2 week ordeal went like this: initial appt went fine, took me forever to get ahold of someone (13 attempted calls to them during business hours with a call returned at 8 PM) to setup as no one answers the phone there regularly it seems but they showed up on time. They said the refrigerant/freon was low in our AC and the motor was about to die so they would appeal to home warranty to fix. 2 days later, on a Friday afternoon prior to the holiday July 4th weekend, I received a voice mail saying they had an opening the next morning from 6AM-10AM, to please call them back but otherwise someone would be there. 6AM -10 AM came and went, no phone call, nothing. I called multiple times, left messages and texted their emergency number just to try and figure out what was going on. No response at all. Tuesday comes around, I am expecting a phone call since I left multiple messages over the weekend. Nothing. I called them at 2 PM, and when I mentioned that I had had an appt and no one showed up they BLAMED ME for not calling back to confirm, since I did not do that they did not schedule anyone. This was not mentioned in the message AT ALL. So I was up at 6 AM on my holiday weekend for no reason at all. And then went on to say well it was a holiday weekend as to why they did not call back. I said fine, whatever,can we please schedule something to get it figured out ASAP? Lady said she would put me in the next morning. I called my home warranty same day, they verified they were notified of an appt happening the next day. Next day comes and goes, I wasn't home since I had to work. I come home and do not see any note or anything on the door. I call them up to ask if someone came by as planned. They put me on hold to "review my file" then get back on and say how confused they are with my file and do not know what is going (still don't answer me why no one showed up) and then to top it off mentioned the fixes had not been approved by my home warranty as of yet...I ask you, WHY WERE THEY CALLING ME TO SET UP APPTS then??? Ridiculous. She tells me she will call first thing once they get them approved. I get a phone call the next day (Wed now) and she says she has an opening on Sat, I ask her to verify that the fixes were approved...she says actually no, says will call me back AGAIN once approved, which was later on that day. So here we go, another 6AM-10AM saturday appt. The time comes and goes, and seriously no one showed up AGAIN. I call, leave multiple messages once again, no one appears to work on Saturday but the technician, convenient, whom no one knows how to contact. Monday rolls around...I call first thing 9 AM - told to wait again as they "review my file". The girl that answered says she will have Kelly call me back (Kelly is who I have mostly dealt with I think but its hard to tell). 1-2 PM rolls around, no returned call. I call back and get Kelly who says she will talk with her manager Linda immediately and will call me back. 3-4 rolls round, no return call. I call and ask to speak to Kelly or Linda. Kelly is mysteriously not available and am put on hold for 5 min for Linda, and then CLICK. I am hung up on. I try to call back, directly to voice mail. I go grab my work phone and call back, ding ding I get the office. I ask to speak to Linda, puts me on hold for 5 min and then CLICK, hung up AGAIN. I try to call back, it goes straight to voice mail. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I never got a response as to why someone didn't show up. I complained to my home warranty company and got someone else to come out, but they had to start the whole process again. The new company said nothing was wrong with the AC at all...so someone was lying the whole time, just too bad I didnt get a free motor out of it since it had been approved. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
