  • I had very low expectations because I read these reviews. I only came because I didn't have time to go to a different hotel, and the admission is covered by the resort fee. When I got to the spa, no one was working there to give me a locker. I went to the front desk and they told me everyone had called out, but I could just find an empty locker or wait 10 minutes. I found myself a locker. The spa is clearly the same spa the hotel had when it was Aladdin instead of Planet Hollywood back in the day. The theme is all Aladdin. The whole place, including the jacuzzi, has a funky smell. The showers are gross. This place needs a remodel. I also considered booking a treatment, but the prices are the same as much nicer spas, plus they said they automatically add 20% tip. If you're staying at Planet Hollywood and want to go in the jacuzzi for a bit, go for it. Otherwise, don't waste your time. Hopefully someone from the hotel or spa finally cares enough to read these reviews and give the spa an update !
