rev:text	Lately I just cannot stomach DD coffee...at least from this franchise. The pots are dirty. You can almost count on them screwing up your order...on more than one occasion I have seen drive thru people return for the correct order. The food waste much be huge here; the manager yells at her employees; I have had stale muffins on more than one occasion too. Overall, the DD in Chardon is 10x better than the Mentor DD. This isnt a killer review but I just don't have much nice to say about this DD.
