  • I show up for an appointment that I was waiting for 5 months. The doctor is running behind the schedule. It turns out it is not that big of a deal because I end up in and out of her office in under 2 minutes. Dr Hackett's tone of voice and body language scream annoyance. You are just wasting her precious time asking silly questions. She is rude, condescending, and interrupts you by saying "this can't be done", "this can't be diagnosed", "this is not what it looks like". If you ask her to repeat a question, she glares at you and you immediately regret the day you were born. I don't know why this woman hates her job so much but keeps seeing patients, she is clearly in this business for the wrong reasons.
