  • My fiancĂ© and I came here and it was our first time in. The food was good but our server really sucked. Her name was Kristie. I thought she had a bit of an attitude when we order water for our beverages because she walked away without saying anything to us, like she was ignoring us & not acknowledging us. But no, that's just how she was. She dropped off my fiancĂ©es bagel, I said thank you and she ignored me. Same when she dropped our food off, the check- everything. She charged us an extra $1 on our check, which we usually wouldn't complain about but we didn't have a good experience with her. So we told the host who was ringing us up and I think the manager had her apologize but she only apologized for the extra dollar charged- not her shitty service. When we told the host how she treated us she gave us a friends and family discount- which we weren't looking for a discount but it was a nice gesture. Hopefully Kristie leaves the hospitality industry soon.
