  • Although I have yet to try the food, I will definitely come back to Valdez. Some new coworkers and I came here to celebrate the end of our week-long training program and we had a blast! We made a wise decision and called ahead... It was packed. I couldn't believe they accommodated almost 20 of us! We celebrated with some drinks and let loose with the fun Latin music. Salsa might not be everyone's cup of tea, but I thoroughly enjoyed myself and would love to come back and see if their dining experience has just as much to offer as their upstairs nightlife.
