  • I am negative about Verizon. this company is awful from customer service experience and I'm upset with the site for contemptible rep named Alesha. She was rude when I visited with my father. Alesha you are rude and should quit your job if the corrective action training suggested by your manager doesn't work. I flagged a complaint today. Do not call my phone I am taking a nap, I am taking a nap. If I was in a position to terminate your employment I would you creepy young lady.
