  • This location's pharmacy must have changed some of their employees because I used to always have a great experience but recently I've had nothing but trouble dealing with this pharmacy, namely with a new older Indian pharmacy tech/assistant, she has no idea what she is doing and doesn't go above and beyond in any way, I had an infection in my gums last week and she was turning my script away and wouldn't make one simple phone call to my dentist so I went to a different walgreens and not only was their customer service light years better, but they called my dentist AND my insurance company and straightened everything out so that I could have pain relief. Today I got my wisdom teeth out and I sent my boyfriend to fill my script and I was prescribed a medication I've had filled at this Walgreens before with ZERO problems and today when he went to pick it up, this same woman charged my boyfriend a co pay when my insurance never has a co pay for any of my prescriptions. I'm sure if she had made just one phone call or adjustment I could have saved the money on the co pay but now I'm feeling like my boyfriend got taken advantage of. Extremely disappointed with this pharmacy.
