  • Horrible customer service actually NO customer service no call backs no follow up manager of finance Alexandra perkins actually went as far as calling my girl my surger mama wth to be short talked to Robert cooper and we agreed on a payment and said I was approved told him needed talk to my girl and return with down payment he said no problem we returned that night payment in hand by the time they took care of us it was after 9 pm that's when Alexandra got involved she said it was late and couldn't get bank approval code and could we come back next day she said she would call me in morning and would have paperwork ready to sign and go I said ok I told her my girl would write check for down payment is that ok? She said sure must be nice to have a surger mama. How unprofessional is that she don't even know us my girl was so upset with her comment but back to no communications this was on may 30th still waiting for anyone to call us back I have left numerous messages with no call back I would recommend stay away from this dealer they just don't care we have been Mazda customers for over 20 years this is very disappointing.
